The setting to adjust the volume of the headset microphone on a Windows 10 computer
- Connect the headset to the computer via a USB port, a 3.5mm port, or, wirelessly.
- Go to the computer's "Sound" settings, enter the microphone settings interface, and select the path as Start→Settings→System→Sound→Select Sound Control Panel

2.1 Select the “Start” icon located in the lower-left corner of the computer and click to enter
2.2 Select the “Settings” icon on the left side of the pull-up menu and click to enter
2.3 Select the “System” option on the computer interface and click to enter
2.4 Select the “Sound” option on the computer interface and click to enter
2.5 Select the “Sound Control Panel” in the upper right corner of the Sound page and click to enter

2.7 Select the "Levels" option, and adjust the "Microphone" sound to a larger, maximum of 100, which can effectively increase the microphone volume.
And could adjust the "Microphone Boost" to a suitable position and click "OK".

- Connect the headset to the computer via a USB port, a 3.5mm port, or, wirelessly.
- Find "System Preferences" and select "Sound".
- Select "Input", select "USB Audio Device", or select "EKSA's USB setting logo". Then adjust the sound of the "Input Volume" until the sound of the microphone is appropriate.
- The microphone volume adjustment is completed!
